So, my blog is about all the things that make me happy – and a huge part of what makes me happy is food. And though I could eat many an eating champion under the table when it comes to sweets – on most days I really love cooking healthy foods that give me energy and make me feel good inside and out. There’s nothing quite like waking up to a nice whole grain muffin or whipping up a big batch of veggie stir fry. So I hereby dedicate this page to my goal of amalgamating all my favorite healthy recipes! I’ve tried them all and loved them! I base them all on recipes I find on other blogs (I include the link in each one if you want to see the original) and then alter them and write up exactly how I did it.
